The Quality Store is an online shopping platform in which we offer ordering and delivery of quality beverages for your daily needs, such as: Water, Coffee and Juice. It’s a convenient service which allows you to place an order and receive the products at your doorstep.
Ordering through the Quality Store is easy:
- Log in (if you are an existing client) or create an account (if you are a new customer)
- Select the products you would like to purchase in the Quality Store
- Review your order summary in the shopping cart and check out by selecting a payment option
Once you check out, you will be redirected to a confirmation screen. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing the details of your order and we will schedule the delivery accordingly. If you have not received this email after one hour, please contact us stating the time, date and amount of your order.
No, we have already created an account for you. If you did not receive your login credentials, kindly get in touch with our Customer Service team by calling + 230 403 7007 or sending an e-mail to email@example.com and we will gladly assist you.
You can check your history once you have created an account with us and started to place orders using the online store. Simply log in and go to your account area. Kindly note that you will only see the list of orders placed online.
We accept orders from any location in Mauritius, with the exception of Rodrigues.
After placing your order, we will contact you for your delivery date. At the time of delivery, one of our salespeople may also contact you to agree on a suitable time, which can be between 8.00 – 17.00 on weekdays and 8.00 – 12.00 on Saturdays.
If you are not in, we will then reschedule a delivery time and/or date.
There is currently no minimum order value for the time being and we provide free delivery for all orders. These conditions may change in the future.
We accept payments via Cash on Delivery. We also offer you the option to ‘Pay online’ by using your Credit/Debit Card. If you have a Company Credit agreement with Quality Beverages Ltd you will also find this payment option during the checkout process.
At the time of delivery, please check the products carefully and if you are not satisfied of a product, please inform the delivery team. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy in the Terms and Conditions.
If you are a client and have returned one of our assets (water dispensers, coolers, coffee machines, etc.), please note that it can take up to 3 weeks for us to validate and process the return.
During the checkout process, kindly enter a valid coupon code in the coupon field. The coupon amount will be deducted from your total order amount. Please note that coupons are not compatible with other discounts and promotions. If you would prefer to use any previously applied discounts instead of the coupon, you may remove the coupon during the checkout process.
