QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSISTANT

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Responsible for conducting internal audits and identifying non conformances in terms of quality and assisting the Quality system executive in adopting good manufacturing practices for the company.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree of Bachelor in Chemical and Environmental Engineering

Objective

Responsible for conducting internal audits and identifying non conformances in terms of quality and assisting the Quality system executive in adopting good manufacturing practices for the company.

Key DUTIES & Responsibilities

  1. Ensure that all Non Conformance Reports raised is complied in a summary with related cost on a weekly basis and comparative charts should be up to date.
  2. Conduct verification of corrective actions proposed by auditee.
  3. Conduct daily GMP audits and compile same in on a weekly/monthly basis.
  4. Ensure that GMP audits based on AIBI, ISO 22000, HACCP, QAS and Quality protocols are done as per audit calendar and to compile a summary graph of the GMPs on a monthly basis.
  5. Ensure the summary graph is up to date.
  6. Conduct Trade Age Management and Package appearance audits on a weekly basis and submit report to department concerned within 1 week.
  7. Conduct trade sampling on a monthly basis.
  8. Conduct swab sampling on Vital Fontaine dispensers on a monthly basis.
  9. Assist the Quality System Executive in conducting verification activities with regards to market returns from consumer.
  10. Assist the Quality System Executive during verification activities with regards to internal audit and non conformances.
  11. Review and maintain ISO 22000 and HACCP system in consultation with the Head of Quality and Quality System Executive.
  12. Work in close collaboration and assist the Quality System Executive to conduct training on Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety and Personal Hygiene as well as any other Quality System/Control activities.
  13. Visit customers with respect to their complaints within 48 hours.
  14. Present status of non conformances raised in AIBI, GMP and internal audits in every food safety meeting every 2 weeks.
  15. Take minutes of meeting for the food safety meeting every 2 weeks of the month
  16. Perform any other cognate duties related to the Production department as assigned by the Factory Manager or Management.

PLACEMENT ASSISTANT

  • Duties for Vending Machine Assistant
    1. Ensure the cleaning of vending machines and replenishment of products.
    2. Repairs and Maintain Machine in good running condition.
    3. Maintain records of products placed in the vending machines for proper tracking. Device such as tablets or any other means, manually or electronically, may be placed at your disposal to enable proper record.
    4. Ensure and maintain accurate records of cash collected from the vending machines.
    5. Ensure the tallying and reconciliation of cash collection from vending machine with products placed in same.

JOB PURPOSE

  • Responsible for generating sales for the Horeca business through channel development, trade execution and brand activation initiatives with a view of meeting the Company’s monthly and yearly targets.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent
  • Computer Literate
  • Diploma/Degree in the Marketing field will be a definite advantage

  • Duties:

  • Responsible for Laboratory works associated with testing of raw materials, in-process and finish products as well as ensuring that they meet specifications through quality control and participate in the preparation and implementation  of  Quality Management Systems

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Min Holder of a Bsc in Chemistry/ Agriculture/Biotechnology/Chemical & renewable energy or any other acceptable qualifications
  • Have Basic knowledge of HACCP standards

DUTIES OF QUALITY CONTROLLER

  1. Assist in trial and provide report about the pros and cons of the new raw materials received by taking in consideration the operators, technical and production comment
  2. Carry out incoming inspection on new batch of all raw mats as per PI requirements or any other standard set
  3. Ensure that all sanitation is being performed by the Operator as required at the specific ranges of concentration and time period before each and every production
  4. Take all the tests at a definite frequency on all stages of the process to ensure good quality of products are being delivered to the customers (Control of the whole process)
  5. Ensure that all personnel and visitors on plants are adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices
  6. Ensure that HACCP/ISO are being observed at all stages of the process
  7. Remove all non-conform finished products and raw mats that do not meet the standards and do an NCR Report
  8. Carry out regular Audits(GMP) and work towards a Total Quality mind-set to maintain good results in AIBI and all external audits
  9. Ensure that syrup is being bottled within the specific time period of time
  10. Ensure that Apparatus Calibration is being carried out at definite frequency to maintain accuracy of in-house testing
  11. Clean lab on a regular basis and ensure destruction of all witness sample are done after the specific time period
  12. Perform any other cognate duties related to Quality as delegated by the Factory Manager or its delegate.

 MOTOR VEHICLE MECHANIC

JOB PURPOSE:

 To work in the Garage/Transport department

JOB PURPOSE:                 

Responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on equipment as well as for the manufacturing of metal and   plastic components and assembling them to construct tools, industrial machinery and machine gears in a plant

Assist in modifying parts by applying knowledge of mechanics, metal properties, layout and machining processes as per set standard operating procedures.

 

DUTIES:

  1. Tack-weld or weld components and assemblies, using electric, gas, arc, or other welding equipment.
  2. Cut work piece, using powered saws, hand shears, or chipping knife.
  3. Install or repair equipment, such as lead pipes, valves, floors, and tank linings.
  4. Remove rough spots from work piece, using portable grinder, hand file, or scraper.
  5. Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
  6. Heat, form, and dress metal parts, using hand tools, torch, or arc welding equipment.
  7. Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to plan layout, assembly, and welding operations.
  8. Record repairs and maintenance performed.
  9. Analyze test results, machine error messages, and information obtained from operators in order to diagnose equipment problems.
  10. Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machinery.
  11. Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
  12. Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear.
  13. Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs.
  14. Repair and maintain the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery and equipment.
  15. Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
  16. Cut and weld metal to repair broken metal parts, fabricate new parts, and assemble new equipment.
  17. Perform any other cognate duties related to Production department as delegated by the Maintenance Manager or its delegate.
